Flash was decent. I continue to love the art and style in this book.

TDK: This book is close to being dropped. Really close. Likely when the current arc with Scarecrow is over.

Superman: Still a book I really enjoy and don't see the problems some have with it. It's not quite as "serious" and "straight-forward" as Action but I still enjoy it. Look forward to what happens between Clark and Lucy Lane.

Yet he's not the only one who has had experiences like the one he described. George Perez spoke about his dealings on "Superman" and we know how that turned out. Chris Roberson out right quit. Gail Simone voiced her own troubles dealing with editorial I believe as well. It'd be one thing if it was just Liefeld but there does appear to be some problem in communication between editorial and writers. As you guys know that have been following this thread...I'm not exactly thrilled with how DC Editorial has been handling things since the implement of the relaunch and it seems that it continues to this very day.
Again how is this any different from the pre-reboot DCU? Creators getting taken off books, behind the scenes editorial fights, etc. Nothing has exchanged except your perception of DC Comics and its editorial staff.

I suppose that it is different because it is being reported now, and you're right this nonsense and the way DC has been acting since the relaunch has changed my perception of DC Comics and Editorial. I don't think there is anything wrong with that. To me it is just one of the stories of the relaunch that I find interesting.

Another one bites the dust. This is becoming like a game show...Who's Gonna Leave Next??

I wonder if all of these people leaving is going to make the DC people look at the way they do things?
Is Marvel this bad? I know Brubaker is leaving Winter Soldier, but it doesn't seem to be anywhere near the mass exodus DC is suddenly getting.

Re: DC's New 52: Reviews and Discussion (Spoilers welcolme and likely)

If Marvel has problems, it isn't getting reported like DC's problems are right now. I just find this fascinating and a little strange. House of UIster is right when he says nothing is really different, but so many people having and vocalizing the same problem says to me that this is slightly different than anything that has typically gone before.

DC seems in chaos behind the scenes to me.

I just read the stuff Leifield said, and I can see where he got so frustrated.

^Exactly Liefeld has a terrible reputation.

No not really. The editorial interference has been there since around Infinite Crisis and its follow up. Editorial bickering and politics apparently was a hallmark of the company since Paul Levitz was President. If the public firing of Dwayne McDuffie from JLA after he spilled the beans about editorial interference didn't change editorial, Liefeld and a bunch of others complaining isn't going to change much especially since McDuffie was far more loved than Liefeld.

Liefeld has a reputation yes, no one is denying that...we all have basically said good riddance, but the fact that he's repeating the same basic problems that Perez, Roberson, and Simone all had with DC, and I'm guessing Winnick as well...

Also apparently...adding to his douchebagginess...Liefeld got into a twitter fight with Scott Snyder earlier today.

Courtesy of Bleeding Cool...

Rob Leifield calls Scott Snyder a "pretentious prick". Project much, Rob? He even posted a private conversation between himself and Snyder.

He could, but then he'd be in a higher tax bracket, one that'd probably have to be invented just for him.

Did this guy actually have any fans? If he did, he must have all lost them all now.

He went after Tom Brevoort as well.

Shockingly enough he had a LOT of fans and is sometimes, ahem, "credited" with the look of a lot of comics in the 1990s. He's somehow managed to get all kinds of work for the last 20 years and made a killing of mediocre to shitty artwork and the lack of ability to draw feet.

The infamous "40 Worst Liefeld Drawings" website/writers have also recently made a sequel. "40 MORE of the Worst Liefeld Drawings." Looking at "Warlord" just makes me wonder how this guy was EVER a popular artist who was LIKED and still IS liked!
