The Venn Diagram approach to continuity is a great idea. That would apply to Animal Man and Swamp Thing, too. Books of Magic? Is Hellblazer now semi-officially the nuDC Constantine's future, somehow?

My Top Ten New DCU Titles:
1. Green Lantern: still love Johns' run on the title, great art, love Hal and Sinestro working together
2. Action Comics: Grant Morrison's Superman. Nuff said. And it's even comprehensible!
3. Batman: great writing, great artwork, great new villain.
4. Batman and Robin: my beloved old GLC team, good villain, good story.
5. Justice League: Jim Lee and Geoff Johns makes it A plus, but man what a waste of a story.
6. Green Lantern Corps: I love the GL franchise, and the new villains were decent.
7. Aquaman: nice art.
8. Dark Knight: dumb story, but David Finch artwork!
9. Justice League International: since we haven't seen the JL in the modern day yet, this book is nice for being the only big team book in the present day, and I like most of the characters. Good art, too.
10. Flash: it's alright.

I have I guess a top five list:

1. Action Comics
2. Batman
3. Wonder Woman
4. Batman and Robin
5. Aquaman (Ooooh Geoff Johns is still sticking around )

I've dropped A LOT of books lol.

I thought this was fairly interesting. I can't help but think Pandora looks like an aged Rachel Grey

1. Batman - The last couple issues have been meh, but it's a pretty good book. My favorite Batman book.
2. Superman - A book I more or less like it has its flaws though.
3. Action Comics - Enjoyable the last few issues have really improved.
4. Supergirl: A good book but I think the story need to pick up some pace.
5. Batgirl - A fun book with a fun character.
6. Aquaman - It's impressive to me how good this book is considering I've never been an Aquaman fan.
7. Catwoman - I've mostly enjoyed this, last couple issues are meh, though.
8. Flash - Hit and miss but mostly interesting.
9. Detective - I go either way on this book but it's shown signs of improvement the last couple issues.
10. The Dark Knight - I'm surprised how long I've stuck with this one, actually but the last couple of issues seem to be leading to something interesing.
11. Wonder Woman - This book really needs to pick up and I find the art to be hit and miss.
12. Batman and Robin - Dropped. Just wasn't doing anything for me.

Yeah, same here. At least as far as 'really good' is concerned.

1. Aquaman
2. All-Star Western
3. Frankenstein: Agent of Shade
4. Resurrection Man
5. Swamp Thing

You are just not reading the good titles. WonderWoman/Batwoman/Swamp Thing/Animal Man/I Vampire/All Star Western/Frankenstein are worlds better than the entire second half of your list. And Green Lantern? Really that titles belongs at #50 with shit like TDK.

Has anyone posted this? Earth 2 Superman design. It reflects Earth 2 Supergirl's pretty well.

I am reading Wonder Woman and Batwoman, and I do not get the praise for them. Aside from the interesting art design, nothing really stands out about Batwoman. I'm all for having gay/lesbian characters of course, it's just not an interesting book. And WW I've always struggled to care about. I don't like magic/gods in comic books. So combine that with the incredibly average art... meh.

The only thing I'm really really digging is Aquaman, and if you squint JLI, even with Jurgens, is basically the same book it was 24 years ago.

i read the first 6 issues of Superman the other night.

horrible.

But I needed that under my belt before Giffen set up shop.

Batman and Aquaman are the standouts for me. The Lantern books I'm reading mostly out of loyalty to the characters. They've been a bit less impressive than usual ever since Blackest Night, really. I'm enjoying the Flash, too, come to think of it.
