I am not sure Evil Edna really counts as a robot, more of a possessed television really.

I recognise nearly all of them, but can only name about two thirds (including Ludwig!). And yes, I spotted Wall-E.

I recognised so many robots, most by face but some by name (even some old favourites I hadn't seen for several years). I did find it amusing to see that
Maybe I missed him out while scanning the picture, but I was hoping
would be there, but I couldn't find him. Anyone see him there?

And I found WALL•E!

WOW! This is really cool.
And this may be a stupid question, but are they all real, legitimate robots from tv and movies? Do you know who did the artwork? I LOVE THIS! (*right click/save*)

As far as I can tell (and mr trampledamage can name) they are all genuine. And I think I have a credit for it somewhere - I'll go look.

The one I loved finding most was the oven from Wallace and Gromit's A Grand Day Out

(my kids had great fun looking for Wall-E!)

I would love to know who they all are and from where. Is there a key somewhere (question to the OP)? What an awesome picture.

Yeah, me too. Although for me, topping that in the "most genuinely pleased to see" stakes was Robot Moron from long-forgotten 80s animated series Robo Story.

Re: Can you name all the TV/movie robots in this picture?

The picture was created by Richard Sargent (@RichardJSargent on twitter). He's also on facebook and I think this started as a Facebook contest, so if you find him there, he may well have produced an answer key.

^Not yet. He's running the contest until the end of the month. I believe that whoever names the most robots gets a signed print of the picture.

Wall-E is not hard to spot; there's not enough clutter for him to really be hidden. I don't think Daleks qualify as robots.
