Kirk: Mister Bailey, phaser crews were sluggish. You were slow locking them into your directional beam. Helmsman, engineering decks could have been faster, too. Program a series of simulated attacks and evasion maneuvers. Keep repeating the exercise until we're proficient gentlemen.
