ENT, "First Flight" - one of ENT's best. I loved seeing the beginnings of the Earth warp program. A bit of early Trek history is always welcome.

Awesome episode. I'm so tempted to skip ahead, but I'm gonna plough on through Season 2 anyhow.

It's not on the DVD, at least I didn't notice it last time - but the broadcast was dedicated to the crew involved in the Space Shuttle Columbia disaster wasn't it?

TNG: "Sins of the Father"

There ought to be a drinking game involving the word Khitomer.

Season 3 continually pulls ace after ace from his sleeve. Occasionally plays a lower value card (which must surely be the next one I watch) before preceeding to do another improbable hat trick all over again.

Re: Last Star Trek Episode You Watched

Just watched "The Deadly Years," which was better than I remembered, although it still bothers me that Kirk never even considers the fact that, yes, he might not be fit to command in his condition. Kirk's stubborn refusal to admit what's happening to him is not exactly his finest hour, even allowing for his failing mental faculties.

And how come, after pretty much the entire landing party comes down with a mysterious affliction, nobody even suggests quarantining them until they know what's causing the aging effect?

I mean, the real NASA was routinely quarantining astronauts back then, so it's not like the concept was unknown back in the 1960s . . . .
