Very funny. It also follows in Roddenberry's tradition that an early episod the crew would, due to an external force, act out of character or too much in character. It was a way of introducing those characters. Surprised they waited until season 2 for this one!

Executed in about the dullest way imaginable, with Riker acting like a dufus as the cherry on top. Plus, this is another planet of all white people. I saw on dark skinned woman in the background, but all of Kaman's friends and associates were white. Then you have the fact that Picard was mind-raped and no one even mentioned it. Another groundbreaking TNG outing.
