Re: "Amok Time" Line by Line

The participants from our current thread are as follows:

1. LeadHead
2. Enterprise1981
3. Brian
4. Admiral Shran
5. A.V.I.A.F.
6. Vulcan Princess
7. Vanyel
8. leandar
9. KirkPicard
10. Captain Robert April
11. Alienesse
12. ClayinCA
13. Sky
14. Ziz
15. cooleddie74
16. CoveTom

Those names should be in the order in which each person first posted to the thread. No "weight" is given for who posted more or less often.

A couple of times ago I blew it and missed the fact that Ziz had posted in the "Q Who?" Line By Line. To try to make for that, should my number come up, Ziz will choose, not me. (Hope that's sufficient Ziz, Sorry again for missing that one)

And now, the moment you've all been waiting for, random.org loading now....

*drumroll*

Alienesse

Congratulations!!

So, Alienesse, the next move is yours. Would you like to select the next episode we are going to do line-by-line? You are free to select the next episode or pass and I will re-run the randomization. You can pick any episode from any of the Trek series that you like. For reference, the ones we've done so far, ordered by series, are:

The Original Series
Where No Man Has Gone Before
The Man Trap
The Menagerie
Journey to Babel
The City on the Edge of Forever
The Doomsday Machine
Requiem for Methuselah
The Trouble with Tribbles
Spock's Brain
Space Seed
Mirror, Mirror
The Tholian Web
Bread and Circuses
Amok Time

The Animated Series
The Counter-Clock Incident
Yesteryear

The Next Generation
Measure of a Man
Yesterday's Enterprise
Peak Performance
The First Duty
The Best of Both Worlds
Sins of the Father
All Good Things...
Contagion
Sarek
Face of the Enemy
Cause and Effect
Chain of Command
Q Who?

Deep Space Nine
The Visitor
Trials and Tribble-ations
The Way of the Warrior
Improbable Cause/The Die is Cast
Favor The Bold/The Sacrifice of Angels
Far Beyond the Stars
The Homecoming/The Circle/The Siege
The Maquis

Voyager
Bride of Chaotica
Dark Frontier
Scorpion
Counterpoint

Enterprise
Shuttlepod One
Borderland/Cold Station 12/The Augments
In a Mirror, Darkly

Once a new episode has been chosen, I will fire up the next line-by-line thread in the appropriate forum and post the link here.

NOTE: As has been agreed, when a person is selected as the "chooser," they will have 48 hours to post their selection. After 48 hours, I will assume they "pass" and will re-run the randomization.

Re: "Amok Time" Line by Line

Sorry, we had some major whirlwind episodes (broke the record on fastest ever episode) and I didn't see you online when I got to the thread. I thought you might give me a heads up when you'd be unbusy.

Re: "Amok Time" Line by Line

It's okay, and totally understandable. The reason I had been too busy was because I had been involved in a 72-hour filmmaking challenge. *begin self-promotion* If you'd like to see the first place winning results of that effort, you may go here. *end self-promotion* But that's over now, so I should be around more frequently.

Re: "Amok Time" Line by Line

Ah, I get to choose again, goodie! Well, I figured, since we haven't done a Voyager episode in a while and I certainly have never been in a Voyager line-by-line, we might as well go that way. So, if it's all right with you, I choose "Future's End".

Whatever you want will be fine! However, since LeadHead ran the randomizer, I'll let him go ahead and fire up the new thread. I'll take back over the proceedings at the end of that one.

Ha! Sorry about that...if it's any consolation, I in turn was bummed not to have gotten the "You may find that having is not so pleasing a thing..." line.
