Phasers, ship, and other found in my garage?

Good Morning All.

I purchased my house back in 2009 from Ed Miarecki. While going through the top of the garage, I came across some phasers, a U.S.S, Enterprise NCC 1701/7, some cast toys made by Corgi toys in England, and some other small items.

I do not have contact info for Ed, and am wondering if anyone on here happens to know him or be in contact with him? I'm trying to find out if these items are the actual props from the series, or if they are reproduction toys. Here's a quick snippet on what makes me think they're props...

The phasers appear to be rough prototypes, no brand markings, fine details are not added as in full version. As for the 1701/7, it is made of wood, I would think toys/reproductions would be plastic?

Any help on this matter is greatly appreciated. I also have a good deal of Nelson Doubleday Science Program books/boxes if someone knows more on that.

Thank you!
