RIP - Dave Madden ~ The Partridge Family

Rest in Peace, Dave Madden, "The Partridge Family" 1931–2014. I'm sure that most people remember Dave from "The Partridge Family", who played Reuben Kincaid the lovable manager. I was big fan for show and the music, in fact I still enjoy listening to CD's from the show. Dave also appeared on Love American Style, Happy Days, and even Bewitched.

Rest in Peace, Dave ~~ You will be missed!! and thank you for all your great performances.

Re: RIP - Dave Madden ~ The Partridge Family

I first saw Dave (that I remember) on a show called Camp Runamuck, around 1965. It only ran for one season I believe. It was about a group of idiots employed as counselors at a boys' camp, and their friendly rivalry with a girls' camp on the other side of the lake or something.

Re: RIP - Dave Madden ~ The Partridge Family

Didn't Keith repeatedly plug a "Watch Every Star Trek Episode And Film Before Into Darkness Challenge" last year?

This is true, I did finish Challenge. The reason that I reposted this about Dave Madden, is my daughter and I got watching The Partridge Family on DVD which caused us to look on the internet about Dave's Death. It's sad to us that he passed away while he was receiving hospice care; of complications of myelodysplastic syndrome.[6] He was 82.

Re: RIP - Dave Madden ~ The Partridge Family

it just sad that he passed away under hospice care, which they were not trying to keep him alive or to save his life. I have known other people who have passed away under their care, and being on hospice really means a death sentence.

He deserved much better, don't you think????
