Mayday DVD's

I was watching Mayday on Discovery Channel (the show's called Mayday here in Canada, Air Crash Investigation(s) in South Africa/Europe, Air Emergencies & Air Disasters in the US) and I was trying to see if there were any DVD releases of the show. (Here's Wikipedia's info on the series: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mayday_(TV_series))

On Amazon I see that there is a release of the first season, and then there is a box set that is apparently Seasons 3 & 4, but I can't find Season 2 or any later seasons on DVD. And apparently there was a Blu-Ray released that, according to the cover, contained Seasons 3 & 4, but only contained Season 3 (and most of the reviews mention that apparently the video quality of the DVD version, upressed to HD, is better than the Blu-Ray's 1080i video).

Now then I see that Seasons 1-12 have been released in Australia on Region 0 PAL DVD's, but I'd like to know what DVD's are available in Canada/US in NTSC format.

Anyone have the set on DVD (and it doesn't seem to be available on iTunes), and if so, was Season 2 released? Or do the DVD releases jump from Season 1 to Season 3?

Depending on your DVD/BR player and/or TV Region 0 DVD's might play just fine.

Re: Mayday DVD's

There was a reason that I was asking about Region 1 Canada/US releases, since I am in Canada, and even on Region 0 discs the PS3 kicks up a fuss for PAL DVD's.
