Re: World Of Warcraft?

One problem I have right now is I can't be online as much...but I might be getting my brother's PS3 for a bit.

[edit] And I might be able to swing one game...we will see.

I like WoW but I just don't have the funds to enjoy it. I hope by the time MoP comes out I can upgrade from BC to MoP and enjoy a few months of play.
Keep your eye out especially when MoP comes out. Lich and Cat were about 10 or 15 dollars combined at xmas. Most likely there will be some offer around MoP time too.

The new dragonsoul raid has some funky fights in it. Parachute onto deathwings back, attack the armor plates on his back till they fly off, then attack his spine. Its rather cool...

Once you've been doing it every week the coolness wears off..

I am hoping to play more on WoW...it is a matter of RL BS. I love the in game world of Azeroth. Plus out of the MMOs I have tried it is the most fluid and enjoyable.

Re: World Of Warcraft?

I think it's a good way to save money, lol. Stay in, drink tea, play WoW. If you know enough people it can be chatty. One of my characters is in a guild with a Trek name now, a few of them seem to be fairly Trek familiar. Joined it because the guild name suits my character some what.

I haven't played any other mmo's past trial versions. Really thought I'd give SW:TOR a go but haven't managed to yet. Was completely underwhelmed by Star Trek Online. At the end of the day I've been in Azeroth since BC and there's a certain investment in the lore and the races that means something past any complaints I might have about nerf this or nerf that.

This is a great WoW vid, this woman sings all her own parodies.

I just renewed my subscription. It has been forever since I've played. I forget how to do... everything...

Re: World Of Warcraft?

I cannot wait to convert my troll hunter into a red panda! She used to be a dwarf and I've never been happy with her being a troll. The pandas seem much more her as well as being a similar body shape to the dwarfs.

Re: World Of Warcraft?

Holy cow this thread has died down.

I never stopped playing really though I was pretty casual in late Cataclysm, but Mists of Pandaria and getting my girlfriend into the game has brought me back to playing a lot (mostly every day). I'm really enjoying this expansion. Though I do think the people complaining about dailies have a point (why gate the valor point gear vendors behind rep)? Anyone else still playing?

I haven't enjoyed the game this much since Wrath.

Re: World Of Warcraft?

My computer crapped out and I have barely touched Pandaria. But I do intend to get to it once I get a new computer. I was very upset over the stupid panda girls having all the same face which means I won't be converting my troll hunter at all

As usual when I haven't played for a while I miss my orc main. I am stupidly attached to her. Reputation grinds I don't mind at all, did the Insane title a long time ago and have about 55 reps exalted anyway. Not impressed with the title you get for 60 reps exalted ("the Beloved") so when I do get there I won't be changing from the Insane.

I'm happy people seem impressed with Pandaria, all the pre-release bitching was depressing LOL. My favorite expansion is still BC.

Re: World Of Warcraft?

Seeing as all the rep dailies now give 5 valor points each, every day, its not a horrid grind to do rep dailies.
