I had the fortune of seeing her in person at last year's Toronto International Film Festival. She was on hand to promote her upcoming horror flick, The Ward, directed by John Carpenter.

Alas, the movie stunk, but Miss Heard was quite lovely, so I won't hold that against her.

I heard a rumor that Nathan Fillon thought she'd perfect for any Serenity sequel that might happen. Something about a female pilot and female chief engineer would be good for plenty of material.****

Maybe it's a sign that it's time to pull a professional sports franchise maneuver and relocate BOTW to another board.

And then when Kate Beckinsale gets voted into the BOTW hall of fame, she can thank all the members of that new board for making her the March Madness 2010 winner.

Her mother was pregnant with her while serving a federal prison sentence for being involved in a drug ring that smuggled marijuana from Jamaica to the United States. She was able to give birth in a hospital and nurse her for three months in a halfway house before returning to prison to complete her sentence.
