Star Wars: Galactic Battlegrounds

I used to play this a fair few years ago, had an urge to start again the other day. I've wasted a lot of hours over the past couple of days

I'd forgotten how fun it was, although it's quite annoying when you get wave after wave of enemy troops that hardly give you time to strengthen your forces.

I've only been the Empire though, I'll give some of the other races a try over the weekend.

Has anyone else played it?

I think I beat all of the singleplayer campaigns *except* Empire. It's the last mission where you have to defend the shield generator against the frigging Ewoks that I can't beat....

I still have a copy of this for my PC. Great game. I did all the campaigns years ago when it first came out, and had loads of fun with the online skirmishes.

May have to dig it out sometime and have a few games again.

It's definetly better than the 3D attempts at Star Wars RTS.
