But what I love best is that the show seems to have recaptured the look & feel of the old series in a way that the single-camera, no-laugh-track "Back to Earth" just couldn't.

I think I still generally prefer the less homely, more utilitarian looks of the other series, but I guess in this case change isn't bad. After all, even a lazy bachelor like Lister has had long enough now to do a little redecorating.
