I could see Picard inviting Bev, they're "supposed" to married by now/soon after Voyager gets back, but who would Janeway bring to the party to trade for a night with Beverly Crusher?

Women are sensual and filled with sexual energy.
After watching all of Voyagers' episodes through the years- I've come to realize and appreciate Janeway's stealthy, sexual attitude.
It had to be different for her. Appearing in every episode she usually was required to 'have it on' time-after-time. This procured a brighter, more erotic series.
Without dealing extensively with put-ons, her attitude was clearly
--- "You can come closer and lay with me- if you dare." This is something 'Q' would be the first to admit.
Whether being disturbed or challenged by Seven or tempted emotionally by Capt. Kashyk and Prax in 'Counterpoint', she set them at a distance which required both delicacy and wisdom.
Because of these characters artfully and sexually deployed, Voyager is by far the best Star Trek series.

The smoking croak is of course a defect cased by damage. Odd isn't it that a less broken kate might be perceived as less attractive because her voice is too "mousey".
