As a commenter at the linked site noted, it sounds just a little less implausible that Nolan could have taken this character from a Batman colouring book if you buy into the story that he got the idea for "Inception" from a Scrooge McDuck comic.
Speaking of that Uncle Scrooge story, I have that issue at home. It's a sequel of sorts of Don Rosa's The Life and Times of Scrooge McDuck; you have to be familiar with at least the "main" volume of that for part of the story to make sense. That said, I quite liked it, it's a fun story.

"The Batman Complex" would be an awesome concept for a film. I loved that.

Here are the first set photos from The Dark Knight Rises which is currently filming in India. I don't know about you guys, but it looks awfully similar to the Lazarus Pit to me...

Now that is pretty radioactive looking. Or something you'd see on Nickelodeon in the 80's and early 90's.

Clearly the green stuff is what Batman hacks up during the film. After that, his voice is normal.

Filming isn't expected to last long in India. Just a couple of days. Here's cinemablend's take on the pic.

Same thought as well. Something cgi is going to be added into that hole.
