I think this is Exhibit A for why a Menage a trois is an option, is it not?

I would've thought Caligula(of all usernames) had figured that out.

Nice. Believe me, I've had the same thought. I quote pro wrestler Tommy Dreamer when I say, "I'll take 'em both, I'm hardcore!"

A DC/Marvel/Penthouse crossover? Sounds like a winner!

The problem with ScarJo as Black Widow (and I say this based on Iron Man 2, not having yet seen The Avengers) is that it’s very, very obvious that she doesn’t do her own stunts. In her action scenes in Iron Man 2, the cuts between the actress and the stunt double are jarring and unintentionally comic. That may be Favreau’s fault more than ScarJo’s. How does she fare in The Avengers?
Except she did do most of her stunts in IM2.
The behind the scenes featuretes on the blu-ray demonstrate as much, showing training and rehearsals for the fight scenes and stunts

Sadly, we'll see that before we see Wolverine in an Avengers film.

The Hulk also got a stunt double too according to the credits... Not sure how that works.
Motion capture.
That's what I concluded but then I wondered why they'd credit him as "the Hulk" when all he did was wear a green suit with a bunch of golf balls on it and then replaced him with a CGI creation. I'd hard call that him being "The Hulk."

His positions and movement are reflected in the character of the Hulk on screen, just as the positions and movements of David Prowse, Peter Mayhew, and Kenny Baker are reflected in the characters of Darth Vader, Chewbacca and R2D2.

The Hulk manipulates ping-pong balls that are tracked and processed by computers to produce an image, while the SW guys had a decidedly more low-tech system of manipulating a costume or robot that is simply photographed, but so what?

The TV spots are amazing. They certainly don't help my already enormous hype.

Yeah, could you do something about that. This is a PG board after all.

I work at a major retail store. Last night when I went to the receiving area, I noticed we had lots of boxes of new toys -- Not to be displayed before May 27, 2012 was printed on all of them.

Boxes and boxes of toys for The Dark Knight Rises.

I was DYING to rip them open and put them out on the shelves. Okay, mostly I was dying to pull them out and just kvell and squee over them for the rest of my shift. (The only toy that was visible was the Bane figure, and it looks great.) I had to settle for just giggling like an idiot every time I walked past them. Hopefully we'll be putting them out today!

I'll have to drop by the local Toys R Us to see what's there.

The Target and TRU I stopped at yesterday already had the 3.75" figs, vehicles and Movie Masters on the pegs. I'd bet they were there on the 26th as I was there around noon.
