A weeks worth of professional cat-sitting.

You really can't seem to go wrong with DLink routers. I'm on my second one only because I was stupid when I bought the first and did not get dual band. I rectified that error about a month ago and bought the DIR-820L.

The change in the network speed even over the lower band (2.4) network from the router I bought in 2011 is remarkable.

Actually, plenty, but I don't remember to post about a lot of those things. For instance, a tank of gas and a big breakfast I bought this morning.

Wait, I guess did just post them. (*Crosses off list*)

^ Looks like I should've phrased it "action figures and food." But gas counts as something different.

Don't mention gas.

That breakfast didn't sit well.

Nah, be a little wry and mischievious. More fun that way.

I ended up taking the D-Link back. There was a fault with the power system. Spent 30 minutes with live chat and another 30 minutes with telephone call center before they finally admitted it was faulty and I should return it back. I did not exchange it for another - got scared off since it was my first D-Link. I went back to the brand I had - Netgear and picked up a R-7000 'Nighthawk' AC 1900 dual band. Glad I did. I am very happy. D-Link is a good name, but I couldn't go back to it....first impressions and all.

Nah. Not today.

Though there are still three hours left in the day so don't tempt me.

"Noah's Ark" - 1928 Warner Bros film using Vitaphone sound on disc technology. One of the first silent to 'talkie' transition films.

Some takeout lunch and a new T-shirt. Nothing fancy or anything, just another shirt I'd been wanting.
