My first today. It's the Belfast continental market, I tend to try and get there if I can. I wanted the ostrich burger (which I've had before) but they were out, so tried the boar. Very nice

If you ever get an opportunity you have to try a buffalo burger and an ostrich burger (that is if you haven't already).

I mentioned in the previous post I'd had ostrich before (our cat loves it) but I'll grab a buffalo one if I get the chance.

Oh, I forgot...sorry. Buffalo burgers are nothing short of incredible. I don't think it's quite as good as an Angus burger with all the toppings but it's damn close and superior to every other meat you can put between two halves of a burger bun. Buffalo burgers taste even better with a light topping of honey BBQ sauce and onion rings.
