Most employees at other places would just ignore him, but Disney cast members usually seem to go out of their way to make people happy!

It's the tactically placed zippers in these giant costumes which causes averted eyes.

It's because they're encouraged to

. Also, we were always told to treat children with as much respect and attention as we would give an adult.

Making people happy was by far the best part of the job.
