I'm glad they acknowledged the way he died. His actions didn't protect Clark. He overreacted to Lionel (understandably) and gave himself a heart attack. At least they acknowledged the character's flaws. |

Lois continues to be the weakest link. That does not bode well for the season. |

Re: Smallville: 10x01 "Lazarus" - Discussion and Spoilers
Lo accepted Perry White's offer (from last season) to join him at the Africa desk (though I doubt we'll see Perry himself anytime soon). Apparently, Jon came back as a ghost to visit Clark, basically warning him about Darkseid without really saying much.

Re: Smallville: 10x01 "Lazarus" - Discussion and Spoilers
I dunno, but I liked the older creepier Lex. I think he pulled off Lex better than ANY other Lex EVER on screen. He was what Lex should have been all those years. Lex. Pissed off and ready to kill. I did like seeing the suit but put the fucking thing on already. Lex. And was that Darkseid on the top of that building? |

I was getting a real Voldemort vibe from Bad Lex Clone.

Hell, Harry Potter would've handled VoldeLex better than Doucheman did.

Ditto for Chloe. The Helmet was on and off before we knew it, and I'm guessing, that's the last we'll see of Ally until sometime after the first of the year.

Re: Smallville: 10x01 "Lazarus" - Discussion and Spoilers
Anyway, I voted "Red-Blue Blur"/Good. Had some really nice elements in it and I think this season shows promise, though I think with Mack gone (couldn't she do one more darn season?!) things will be... lonely. ![]() Durance looked good in her wife-beater on the post, Clone-Lex looked like a cross between an Observer and Hellraiser, I hope any future Clone-Lex (CLex) is... more appealing. But, overall, I liked it. Loved the scene with Bo brought back (Clark's "true" father figure) was nice and well done and I loved the suit encased int he crystal. Now if he'd just put the damn thing on. When CLex was telling Clark that he couldn't save both Lois and stop the falling globe I turned to my buddy and said, "Um, actualy he can!" And, sure enough, he does! Good episode, looks to be a promising season and I'll see you guys here next week!
