I liked "Allegiance". I thought it was cool to see a novel starring Mara during her Empire days, bossing around Vader.

Of the recent Zahn books I'd rank them Outbound Flight > Allegiance > Survivor's Quest.

Allegiance did nothing for me. After being tepid towards Outbound Flight, I think I'm done with Zahn.
