The age thing doesn't throw me. However, I saw a pic from the PaleyFest reunion with the all the BtVS gals (SMG, Trachtenberg, Emma Caulfield, Amber Benson and Charisma). Most of the ladies were pretty fair in skin tone -- except CC. Honey, you need to lay off the tanning booth, because your hide is going to look like a saddle in five years.

That said, she is a stunner. And a great actress. She took a character who should have been a cardboard villainess/foil and turned her into somebody we actually cared about. With great comic timing.

Her ethnicity on her mother's side includes Cherokee and Spanish, so her skin tone is naturally going to be a little darker.
