This week's theme is anything that didn't make it into the final product of a TV show or movie (which includes extended/director's cuts.) This could be anything from deleted scenes to stuff that that didn't make it past the conceptual stage. Be creative and have fun!

Eric Stoltz as Marty McFly in Back to the Future. They actually filmed a bunch of scenes with him before they decided he wasn't right for the part. Obviously, they got Michael J. Fox to replace him.

However, in a certain alternate universe, Stoltz had better luck:

Here's one from Temple of Doom. In the movie, when he sees the giant snake sculpture, he just nervously tips his hat to it. In the original scene, he was to go up and reverently touch it.

Then someone reminded the director that Indy hates snakes.
