It's from "What You Leave Behind". You can tell by the wall details that the scene is on the Defiant. But that particular console is only ever seen on the bridge of the Defiant's replacement. It never saw battle until the last episode.

(Normally I would recuse myself from playing but sometimes I just have to show off my mad skills.)

^ Thanks. I saw the padded wall bumpers and that recycled console from TNG and knew almost immediately which show and episode the cap had come from. (Blame my reading the DS-9 Companion over and over again for the quick answer.)
