Slightly random query related to the old "X-Files" game

Hello all,

This may seem bizarre, but I have a question regarding a clip used in the old "X-Files" game released by Hyperbole Studios over a decade ago:

At several points in the game you can view a clip from the old b&w film "Riot Squad" (1933), which features an irritatingly catchy tune. Does anyone know what this tune is called?

I've delved as deep as I could go into t'interweb, including IMDB, wikipedia, et.al., to no avail. This question (and more pointedly, the tune itself!) is driving me slowly up the wall; please can someone save my fragile sanity??!

Thanks in advance!

Can you post the clip? That might help.

Meh, that's the worst part - I can't find a copy of it anywhere, and I no longer have the game itself..

Given you've already paid for this game and it's no longer being published, you might want to see if you can find it on some abandonware site. I know for certain it's available on some "that which shall not be named" sites though.

If the music is just from the riot squad movie, then you can apparently legally download the movie here http://www.archive.org/details/police_patrol under it's alternate name of police patrol. I'm guessing it must be in the public domain.
