Palpatine should be no less than 4th. Roy should be higher too.

Can we be certain the Engineers were in fact villlains? Respectfully request ROBOCOP's Clarence Boddicker as an alternate.

You mean the Engineers that had chemical weapons ready to attack Earth, and starting attacking the Prometheus crew without listening to any reason?

I was just going to point that out. They were villians by any definition. As villians they weren't very well defined ones in terms of the over all plot and didn't have a lot of dialgoue but then again neither did the Xenomorphs.

To answer this question correctly, we need to answer the question if the lions in The Ghost and the Darkness are villains. Are animals villains?

Re: Top 10 Sci-Fi Villians

Since we don't yet know why the Enginneers hate us, I'll call them probable villains. Many movie villains, notably Khan from STAR TREK INTO DARKNESS, are retaliating against co-villains or pseudo-villains. Possibly the final Enginner was doing so as well. We don't know yet. Boddicker, however, is pure uncut 107 precent ireedemo-but- hilarious villain.

I second the T-1000. That's one scary SOB I wouldn't want chasing me.

I'm not sure the Aliens could be classified as "villains" anymore than those creatures from Pitch Black.

Just make your own lists, people. Include the aliens or don't.

Here's mine:

1. Darth Vader
2. Predator
3. T-1000
4. Terminator
5. Megatron
6. Xenomorph (Alien)
7. Ra, sun god
8. The Thing (1984)
9. ID4 aliens
10. The Thing (1951)

Except for the Terminators my list is essentially all aliens.
