"Undercovers" spy thriller series on NBC co-created by J.J. Abrams

a J.J. Abrams show, they're both retired CIA spies who are sucked back into the spy world when a buddy goes missing.
It will have a very fast pace for a network television dramatic spy thriller episodic.

I have a persistent feeling this is gonna be one of those hyped-up flops that have a big first episode and then CRASH!

Well it set-up a fascinating, interesting mythos throughout its run but end with a smack-in-the-face to everyone who invested their time into it guessing what the fuck was really going on?

Sounds like a yawner of a concept, unfortunately.

Extended Sneak Peek and Clips
(about five minutes worth)
The show definitely seems to be going for a combination of laughs and action

Surprisingly a JJ show that I'm not at all interested in.
