Re: SUPERMAN (2012)

I'd be grand as peach pie if Zooey desChanel was cast as the new Lois Lane...I know others disagree with me and that's fine. After watching her in 500 Days of Summer and "Tin Man" recently I think she'd make a great Lois. I think she has all the qualities that make up what fans what to see out of Lois and she can act with the best of them. I'm not sure who I'd want the next Superman to be. I still really like Brandon.

Hopefully Nolan doesn't try to impart the same sense of 'realism' on the Superman franchise as he did Batman.
I agree with you. I think Nolan should do the next Superman movie in the same spirit as the first Iron Man movie, good action, drama and suspense with some light hearted fun.

There's always Jon Hamm for Lex too.

Personally, I would love to see Faran Tahir as Lex Luthor. I realize the fanboy-ish thinking there, but I really think he'd pull off the role well, especially if they were going to go for the businessman Luthor.
