The library is starting off with a selection of more than 25 Star Trek comics, with more coming in the future.
The application itself is free.
It comes with three free comics, including "Star Trek Countdown, Issue #1".

TrekInk: Review of Star Trek Comics app

Trekmovie reviews it.
So, what’s the reading experience like? Reasonably good. Most panels are easy to read.
There are no bookmarks and you can’t zoom in to examine the artwork.
holding your iPhone/iPod touch in landscape mode, you can read your comics panel by panel. Swiping your finger on the touch screen will bring the next panel or page.
cool. Almost like a storyboard for a TV show or feature film.

IDW Star Trek comics are coming to PSP later this year.
And in early 2010, IDW will be adding Android, Blackberry and other mobile platforms.
This is the type of app on various platforms that will move many people over to eBooks, eNewspapers, & eMagazines
