Iron Man 2: Grading, Review, Discussion **SPOILERS**

You folks know the drill. Let the games begin.

I saw the movie earlier today.
I enjoyed it, perhaps even more than the first one (I'll need a couple more viewings though)
Good performances all around and quite funny with some great lines.

The fight scenes were also very good.
However, it didn't have enough Iron Man in it for a second Iron Man film. Especially with the origin and introductions out of the way.
And the Final Battle with Whiplash still suffered. Far too quick and easy.

And of course I can not help but mention Scarlett Johansson. Simply magnificent...
The very definition of sexy, no matter if she was rocking business wear or kicking ass in spy gear.

I disagree on no particular account. I did enjoy it just as much if not more than the first one, which was surprising seeing as all the trailers for this film left me rather flat and made it look far more boring than it really was.

If the other Avenger films keep up the pace set by Iron Man 2, were in for an exciting couple of years.

Grades are insufficient to rate the movie IMO. I think I'd vote like the first movie, i.e. A-.
Above average does not do justice to the movie.
Entertaining story, strong cast and ahem, awesome soundtrack (wink wink, nudge nudge) except one almost blasphemous error: it was written in the end credits that Brian Johnson co-wrote Highway To Hell. WRONG!!!!!!!!!!1! 'twas Bon Scott!

Many, many, many Marvel-U hints, making this fan satisfied.

Come Thor, come Captain America, come The Avengers. I can't wait!
