things i learned from tng...

while i suppose this could be applicable to any st franchise, tng is the only one i have seen all of thus far, and so i thought it might be entertaining to see what goofy lessons you guys took from the show.

for example, i learned that in the future, any door anywhere in the galaxy will make the exact same paaaahsqueak noise. (voyager sidenote - this also applies to the delta quadrant).

I imagine that many of those who learned English in school do. There's no rule thay says that a person is never allowed to learn a second language perfectly.

I've learned that personal computers are going to look oddly similar to my old laptop from 10 years ago.

Dr. Pulaski.
Quite attractive for a middle-aged woman...she was just unfortunately cursed with a bad poofy 80s hairdo.

In the last 44 years, six TV series (counted animated series) and 11 movies TNG is only one with the balls to do a clip show as their season finale.
