Strictly speaking, sombrero is simply the Spanish word for hat, denoting no particular style. The oversized Mexican-style straw hat with a broad, upturned brim is properly called a . . . er . . . uh . . . a Mexican hat.

Ah, good times!

I remember animating the Sombreroprise like it was a year, ten months and six days ago. And I'm still proud we even made the headlines. Well, TrekMovie.com headlines, that is.

Back when I first joined in on <voice tone="booming" epic=yes> The Blue Warp Nacelles Experience </voice> I spent 8 hours reading through the entire thread. And that was a little less than a year ago. It's grown even more since then.
