The Halfblood Chronicles

Has anyone else read Elvenbane, Elvenblood and Elvenborn, by Andre Norton and Mercedes Lackey? What did you think of them?

I'm a little ways into the second book and, so far, really enjoying. I hope they don't go downhill like Paolini's The Inheritance Cycle did.

Re: The Halfblood Chronicles

I've heard mixed things but never got around to them myself.

If Eragon is your standard of quality though, I think you'll be okay.

LOL I take it you're not a fan of Eragon. I found it to be enjoyable, but I sure wouldn't call it my standard of quality.

Re: The Halfblood Chronicles

Held up to the standard of an average teenager's fanfic, it is mighty respectable. That is about the best I can muster for it though, because that is exactly what it is.
