I'm guessing the other was his brother, but whoever wrote up the synopsis on tv.com really didn't know the actual plot.

I give this one a below average for one reason: I'm getting sick of seeing Michael leaving sociopaths alive so they can go on butchering and maiming people and come back to threaten him and his friends again.

You know, Larry did have a point. Michael won't kill the cartel guy, but he will frame him so that the cartel will have the guy shanked in prison?
