I Borg - everything revealed?

Because of who and what the Borg are, for the amount of time Hugh was on the Enterprise couldn't they have got absolutley everything, from Borg history to it's social structure and heirarchy right there from Hugh, even if it was downloaded from Hugh's central processor to a storage computer? He could've told them a lot of things about the Borg at this point and it means we could've had the Borg "bible" written in stone from the one episode.

They probably couldn't have taken anything from him, that they didn`t already from Locutus/Picard.
