Anyone else just finish watching this? I thought it was pretty good. Quirky characters, plot lines that are not completely predictable, solid performances and the singing is pretty good.

I think I'll give it a go for a while, see if it catches fire with me.

It starts here in Oz tonight. It doesn't seem at all like my cup of tea, but I really like the song they use promoting it, 'Don't Stop Believin''. I just like a well produced song, though of course a performance group starting out couldn't deliver something like that.

Aside from that, I like the idea of the jock giving up sport for the arts. In a sports obsessed culture, this as a refreshing change, as long as he can get to the end.

I saw the episode in May, and it was reshown (very badly messing up) tonight.

I like it, the characters are horrible, HORRIBLE stereotypes, but it's fun and different and is on when I don't think anything else I watch is.

I'd forgotten how much I loved the pilot. I actually think it might've been the finest hour of television last season.

The media is pressuring us to like this show. Maybe I'll try tonight's pilot episode.

I saw the original version way back in May, and it's been on my DVR ever since. I've probably watched it a dozen or so times since then. Tonight's version was the "director's cut" which had a new song and a bunch of new scenes.

Friday will be the original version of the pilot, with the cast answering fan questions submitted via twitter.

And then next Wednesday is episode 2. Can't wait, I love this show already.

I liked it OK. I HATE the main teacher's blonde friend, but the rendition of "Don't Stop Believing" made the whole episode worth it.

I didn't bother with it back when it originally aired, but because of the (over?)-hype it has generated all summer, I thought I'd give it a whirl last night. I liked it enough that I'll likely tune in next week, and I thought the performance of "Don't Stop Believin'" at the end was really good.

I saw the premiere and I dunno, didn't click for me. And I do like quirky and oddball - watched every episode of Pushing Daisies. It sure is getting a lot of buzz as the big new thing, tho...are we required to watch by the TV Police?

Well that's because both of them spend a lot of crap.

However I have dated gay guys that could have been teenage girls in disguise.
