Guardian (DC Comics)

I was wondering about the Guardian the other day. He seemed to make several appearances within the Superman comics in the mid-to-late 90s. So much so that I consider him a Superman-related character (even if he started out otherwise). Does anyone else think the same? Or is Guardian just his own thing?

Re: Guardian (DC Comics)

Apparently he pretty much disappeared after the 90s comics circa Death n' Return of Superman, but he's recently come back into the forefront with the New Krypton storyline.
