I laughed at the second promo where, at the end, we hear a voice saying "Look, up in the sky!" followed by a few bars of the John Williams theme giving the impression that Clark is going to fly.

How much does anyone want to bet that this will not be the case?

Don't they promote every episode with the tease that Clark might fly ?

Yeah, but this time he'll be serenaded by special guest star R. Kelly.

I don't get that TV Guide thing are we supposed to speculate that "Smallville" are planning a reset button already for season ten? If so then I'm definitely done. J Also has the "Smallville" thread become like WWE's Monday Night Raw where we have different guest hosts handling the thread? LOL! I'm not sure where I'm going to be on Friday night. My original intention was to watch "Salvation" and stay home but like usual I'm the last to know about things and am apparently attending a birthday party of sorts so I'll have to watch it when I return. I don't even want to go either

^ I don't know where you got the "reset" button. The idea I got is that Lois is going to be "torn" between her desire to stay with Clark and the job offer. I mean, she could go (adding to part of the cliffhanger), but then wind up back in Metropolis by next season. I wouldn't necessarily call that a reset button.

Given that that clip seems to follow on from one of the other previous clips linked, I think I get why Lois is acting so evasive.

What I clicked on I got the headline what show is doing the time warp and figured it was being connected to "Smallville". I guess not.

The impression I got from the article was that Smallville would jump ahead in time briefly before returning to the normal setting, giving us a glimpse of the future. A look at Clark as Superman, perhaps? Everyone wants that, but it's hard to believe that we will actually see the supersuit at last.

That would be cool to actually see the suit, even if it is a flash-forward, but I really don't see it happening. Not in tomorrow's ep.

Not in tomorrow's episode but more than likely next season...and do we need another flash forward? We already got one this season and they found a way to stop it.

Maybe the flash forward is nothing more than quick images, along the lines of what was seen in the first season with Lex's future. Perhaps that is where the red/yellow \S/ image that was seen in the preview comes from (either that, or a real cheap marketing gimmick).

I'm keeping an open mind for tomorrow night, and for season ten.

Despite my book troubles with Staples of omitting images, and having to re scan images to pdf does bring the launch date closer, but also delays when I'll have a copy to look at as final product.
Plus I have to use their cover generator to do the cover to keep cost down.
I just remembered I have to fix the Introduction page again I have to erase the word dedication at the end to have them re scan that too.

I'm sorry to dump my problems on everybody, but since mom passed away I've had no one except Robert Greenburger giving me publishing advice.

Good night folks

Signed

I just watched "Rosetta" for the first time in years.

Completely forgot that Clark ACTUALLY flew in that episode. Granted the shot of Clark flying in the cave was a dream, but it was totally implyed that Clark slept-flew to the road where he almost got hit by Lex's car.

And Christopher Reeve, what hope he gave us that Smallville was going to downright amazing.

I can't believe that episode aired SEVEN years ago... and Clark Kent is still not flying and not Superman.

Anyways, big hope for the tomorrow night.
