I won't bother with this any more. I just wanted something else more like the avatar contest...the winner creates a thread about them if there is a poll rating the person fine...but it closes after a week or so and a new contest starts...this is obviously an on going project...and different from what I would be interested in.
Even if you were interested, it wouldn't make a difference considering this is Aragorn's contest. He came up with it in '06 and has been running it ever since.

She's got a VERY unusual, you might even say odd, beauty to her and that's what appeals to me. It's very unique. Not sure how to describe it other than she seems much different than others.
I agree. Obviously her breasts are magnificent but her face is quite distinct as well.

Yup.. I agree.

And I want something different from this...since there cannot be alot of threads where people can post images of a celebrity and talk about them...I never said I wanted to change this contest.

^ I'm still totally shocked, and not in a good way, at how well Lynda Carter did.

I also don't think Morrison and Friel, which I like both, belong in the top 16.
Lynda Carter could wear a burlap bag (Wonder Woman years or otherwise) and still outsmoke most of the so-called babes most people here drool over.

I couldn't come up with a top 16 after Scarlett Johansson, Emmy Rossum, Olivia Wilde, Stana Katic, Rachel McAdams and Amanda Righetti.

Oooh, a BBS cred pissing match!

Here's a solution: Let Jetfire have his time in the sun. Aragorn can go into semi-retirement and do a seniors tour post once a month!

I think Aragorn having this is fine, I would like to see something that is more inclusive and then leave it at that.
Since you're not familiar with the GBOW threads (as your demand clearly indicates), this may go right over your head, but other people here can attest to this -- I don't really pick the actresses each week, at least not in the sense that you think I do. There's a reason why people can anticipate who's coming up in the upcoming weeks and months if they looked into it.

And fair enough, but these responses are needlessly snide. I know with the Genre Hunk of the Week contests, several different people take turns starting the threads. Just something to consider here, since we do limit the number of Babe/Hunk threads to one each per week.

ETA: We should stop derailing this thread with discussion of it, though. Just something to consider as a possibility.

If it ain't broke, don't fix it. The majority of people are happy with the way this works.

Eliza was already knocked out of the Top 16 by Sela Ward, and now Salma Hayek has in turn knocked Sela Ward out of the Top 16, too.
Eliza is hot but her acting is terrible

Salma is smoking hot, even today she could give nearly any guy with functioning man tackle a boner... but I think Olivia Munn is still my #1 GBOW hehe
