Useing XI Enterprise sets for new tv series?

What do you think about using the Enterprise 2009 sets for a new series? I can see them wanting to do that since they really would save money that way. Maybe redress the sets a bit...design a new ship exterior...et voiá.

I'd like to see it but it'd need Paramount and CBC (? whichever US group owns the TV rights) to make up real fast...

how long do they leave the sets up for anyway? Would they have left them up hoping to be making a second movie?? If not do they store them or break them up entirely...

They might very well leave them up if the stages aren´t needed for something else. Most of the sets of the TOS movies where actually left standing between movies.

Seeing how expensive the sets where this time...they surley would store them somewhere.

Wonder if they could get the same brewery for the engine room?

Roofl..
I think probably not. Having the normal goings on of a factory "disturbed" a few days for a movie is one thing...but surley budweiser would say no to 7 full seasons...lol
