Did you sleep well?

Approaching the end of summer is here now. For the first time ever, the best sleep I've ever had for long time. I was out cold like bear after hitting myself on the bed!

I'm very curious of where you live, do you got the best sleep you ever had or are you still struggling to get it around?

Re: Did you sleep well?

It depends on the night, I guess. Sometimes I wake up in the morning and have trouble getting back to sleep if it is too early to get up for school or whatever.

No, I rarely sleep well. I usually wake up a couple of times every night.

I haven't had a good night's sleep since 1993. But the last few nights have definitely been more comfortable.

Nope. I'm not Russian! It's very cold down here in North Carolina. That's why I'm sleeping so well like this.

My natural state is to be an night-owl to the point of insomnia; going as long as 3 or 4 days without sleep. When I do sleep I sleep about 5 to 6 hours, waking up 3 or 4 (about once a hour so).

^

Well, I went to bed by 10pm once a night. Mostly, I wake up to watching news.

No, I haven't slept well in ages. So much to keep track of, so much to do. Sleeping happens when I can't stay conscious any longer, waking up happens as soon as that is somewhat mitigated.

It really depends on how much sleep I get the night before. I had to get up early today, so I'm probably going to sleep like a log tonight.

Re: Did you sleep well?

I sleep like a rock every night. I'm easily awakened by things that are supposed to wake me up (my name, my phone, my alarm, etc) but otherwise sleep very soundly.

I was struggling with sleeping after traveling a lot, but I think I figured that out. When I travel I get dehydrated, and get headaches. Ever since I started drinking more water during trips I've slept a lot better.

I don't think I've had a good night's sleep in YEARS. It can take hours for me to fall asleep and then I wake up very, very easily.

Not really. I have a pretty saggy mattress; I need to buy a new one.

I can be asleep within 5 minutes of hitting the pillow. No problems there.

I do have this one strange issue. Morning light will wake me, so I have to make sure the room is blacked out well if I want to sleep after sunrise. The strange part is I have no trouble taking an afternoon nap in a well lit room.
