heard this podcast last night and was really shocked.

Holy Crap, she never called her by name, only a "character i had a lot of scenes with, especially in astrometrics."

But Jeri Ryan really kind of dished how awful Mulgrew was to her. We all knew there was tension, but Mulgrew really took being in compeition with Ryan personally and treated her so bad, Ryan would be sick at night knowing she had scenes the next with Mulgrew.

It wasn't until shes started dating Brannon Braga that things got a tad better.

She also remarked she watched Voyager the night before he test screening and said it was the worst thing she had ever seen in her life. Berman said "Don't judge us by THAT episode," and Ryan admitted itwas the worst and nothing she saw again was AS bad. Wonder if it was Threshold? Or one of those where Janeway fantasized as a European Governess.

Give this podcast a listen, Ryan is really charming and open about her life.

I think she actually said which one it was, or rather described it and it was obvious but I can't recall the details.

It's an old nugget that there was tension between Mulgrew and Ryan. Whatever the reasons, their performances together as Seven and Janeway were great and that is all that matters to me. The rest is between them.

I'm listening to the podcast as I type and she couldn't recall in this interview which it was, nor any details other than she had to peer at the TV through her fingers to watch it.

Sounds like she had bad luck with the lead on another show, later. I "think" she whispered to the interviewer that it was "Shark" when she riffed (appropriately so) that it was sad when someone's work attitude effects a coworker so negatively.

I like the part when she talks about her son has just graduated highschool, while her daughter is going into kindergarten, and how she's running her work life to avoid missing her 2nd child's life.

ETA: Just heard the stuff about the stalkers. Golly.

It could be any episode. They're all pretty bad.

She was still married to Jack Ryan when she got the Voyager job, so that's not true at all.

Jeri's smiled seems a little forced here. Kate looks like a goober though. Hitting the champagne pretty hard I wager.

Also this article from Huffingtonpost seems to allude to an uncomfortable working environment for Ryan on the show. She doesn't explictly name Mulgrew however.

I think Jeri Ryan/ 7 of 9 just shot up to to being my favorite VOY character ever.

The set of VOY seems like a really horrible play to work at for all the actors.

And look at Wang there in the background, totally dominated by beautiful women!

It's shocking how much truth you can find in publicity photos.

I wouldn't quite call Robert Duncan MacNeill or Mr. Blue Clothes "beautiful women." :)
