You should be fine. You're using it as a wallpaper. We use copyrighted images as wallpapers all of the time. 99% of what I use is owned by someone else. So if you want to post it, you should be just fine. Nice! Looks menacing even when it's sitting still! *sigh* I miss the space shuttle. Great wallpaper, though.

Those are cool, I like how the planets align with the... password buttons(?) on the phone screen (sorry I don't use android )
