SF Signal has a pretty expensive list of what is coming out this month: here Anything catch anyone's eye? As the page itself claims, there's something for everyone including space opera, tie-in fiction, YA paranormal romance, etc. I'm looking forward to: Joyland by Stephen King The Adjacent by Christopher Priest The Ocean at the End of the Lane by Neil Gaiman
Nice to see a certain Kryptonian movie novelization included. And, yeah, I want to read Joyland, too.
Ah yes... Man of Steel: The Official Movie Novelization based on the Motion Picture Screenplay by Greg Cox available on June 18th in the US. and Star Trek: Enterprise: Rise of the Federation: A Choice of Futures by Christopher L. Bennett with a release date of June 25, 2013.
Cool. Most of those kinds of list don't usually include tie-ins. I saw some good stuff in their, and not just the Trek stuff, MoS, and Star Wars stuff.
Items that I know nothing about but was compelled to click on due to the beauty of the cover and/or the interest provoked by the title: Metro Winds by Isobelle Carmody (title and cover) The 'Geisters by David Nickle (title and cover) The Stranger by Anna Banks (cover) Wisp of a Thing by Alex Bledsoe (title) Now off to read about them to see if they might be as interesting as they appear at first blush. And here, for the record, I will state how HORRIBLE all the covers for the reprints of Anne McCaffrey's novels have been. Ugh. They all look like cards for a new CW series. (Actually, I'm not sure they're all THAT bad, it's just that compared to the beautiful covers from the 80s and 90s, they are vastly inferior. I cut my fantastical imagination's baby teeth on the covers for The Dragonriders of Pern and the Talent series.)
Crash*by Guy Haley sounds interresting. I'm so far behind though, I've got three of the recent TOS novels, a few Star Wars, & 2313 on my kindle to read as well.
