I think I'm up to episode 10? Not sure. Had a huge problem watching it last night, was hoping to finish it but only managed one episode. I can't stand looking at the fiance, he is just all kinds of repulsive. The brother is kind of cute though. The acting is top notch in this series ! I laughed my head off at Spoiler: something that happened before episode 10 Crazy Eye's parents! I'm hoping we see Big Boo's background, she is one of my favorites. A joy to watch.
I think we're on episode 10 as well. I am really loving this series! The role of "Red" has converted my husband. He has never really had an appreciation for Kate Mulgrew, but at about the 3rd or 4th episode he said, "You know, this is a great role for her, I never really liked Janeway, but I kind of love Red...I may be a convert" Better late than never?
Shandee, he's obviously a keeper. Of course I would have kicked him to the curb prior to his conversion for that "never really liked" sentiment.
Tall Men with Feelings: Spoiler: Episode 11 plot elements UGH I knew the fiance was going to be a petty clueless asshole and start talking shit about the people Piper is in prison with. It was stressful just watching that, knowing it was coming. And OMG "the idea of female prison tropes", way to be real man. Want to smack the lot the of them.

Spoiler: Episode 12 Cried a little when Tastee came back. Of course we knew it would happen.. also the whole deep and revealing discussion between Piper and her lover (the good lover, not the dicky ugly lover) got to me.
THE FINALE!! This was such a good series, SO HAPPY there is more to come eventually. Can't Fix Crazy: Adorable quotes.. Spoiler: FINALE EP 13 QUOTES Red: Sparkle Tits and Yuri have split. She took the kids and the tits and the guinea pig and moved to Sheeps Head Bay. Red: You need to fuck with that kitchen. And that was a great finale. It had everything. Tears, fears, everything. Well Teacake... all I can say is that you've really made me want to watch this show. Now If I can just find the time to devour it in 1 sitting like Guy did.
Oooo!!! I'm glad JRulez. Even without the KM it is a great show. Really really good. Unlike Mercy which only had brief good bits in the form of KM The acting is excellent. And KM is in it as a main character, every episode has plenty KM!!!
Sometimes her Janeway voice creeps in too. She is pretty good at the Russian accent, but Kate's actual voice comes through a lot and it hasn't changed like...at all...since Voyager lol.
It's doable in a sitting! I did it in 3 though since my job takes away like all my time. It was a fantastic show! Anyone know when they plan to add more?
Yeeesssss, I realized that too and I love it. The russian accent is really good indeed. My best friend is from russia and when she talks english she sounds similar. Her accent is not as heavy tho. Again, those screencaps are amazing...and except for two pics I think there were hands in every single one of them. hands. Hands. HANDS!!!!!!! I like! Okay, Im good now. Got myself back under control....lol One thing I dont understand is why she has to wear her hair so dang spiky. With that cut you could do prettier hairstyles, dont you think?
I like the hair spiky. Mulgrew's hair is really thick! I love how she is still spending her commissary money on hair dye I couldn't watch it in one sitting (and screencapping etc..) added to the time for each episode. But I am going to do a rewatch soon and it should go quicker. After I get back to my SGU watch which took a huge detour for KM.
