New episode tomorrow night, good people. SPN is back; many frenemies male and female may be appearing.
So many quotes and references this week I could barely keep up. "Your kind of short for a storm trooper arent you?" Nice to see the old Spear of Destiny appear. Very good all around episode, this year has been a great improvement over the past two. Next week young hunters, cant wait.
I liked the BTTF-style town model "Please excuse the crudity of this model. I didn't have time to build it to scale or paint it."
I will miss Meg, too. So she and Castiel "moved furniture," did they? I loved the Lord of the Rings joke and I'm glad Cas got free of Naomi. I wonder exactly what is it that she's up to? As always, Crowley made me laugh. "Bitch stole my move."
It was sort of a revelation to me how great a performance Amanda Tapping gave in this episode as Naomi. I guess not delivering a shit-ton of exposition (see SG-1 or Sanctuary for her remarkable ability to info-dump like a champ) gave her a chance to really stretch her acting muscles. She seems like she's having a lot of fun with the role and makes a nice counterpart to Crowley. This episode also made me really like Meg, for the first time since season one. A great high note to go out on for the character but her end was particularly brutal. All of the actors -- leads and recurring guests alike -- knocked it out of the park with this one.
This was a great episode. Good story, great character moments, and some good one liners. I haven't seen many of the episode with Meg, but I liked her in the ones I did, and will miss her. I wonder if Naomi will continue to pop up? Very curious to see where things will go from here? Next week's young hunters' school looks like fun.

I haven't always been sold on Meg but like others in this thread I found myself liking her here. Should've known that wasn't a good sign.
