The idea and story sound good, but I think a musical should be composed of mostly original songs. One of the reasons I've never seen Momma Mia, I can just listen to ABBA on my sound system. I'm my opinion if you have a good story idea, get a lyricist and song writer to help make original songs. Anything else seems lazy.
