I remember seeing an old black and white western with Kelley in it as a gunslinger, can't recall the title now.

Shatner was quite a talented fellow.

he was in many Westerns, including an old Lone Ranger.
I recently saw him as the leading role in a film noir called Fear in the Night on Netflix.

I have a few of Nimoy on that show with Lloyd Bridges... Sea... Sea Hunt, yeah that's what it is. Mainly to indulge myself with shirtlessness but w/e. This community is pretty much loaded when it comes to old pre-TOS show appearances. Gunsmoke to TV specials, they pretty much got it. Think you need an LJ to access a lot of it tho.

Looking up DeForest Kelley on the Internet Movie Database, I found he was in quite a long list of other 1960s shows, including cowboy shows like BONANZA (which is what I believe T'Girl was talking about), WANTED: DEAD OR ALIVE, GUNSMOKE, DEATH VALLEY DAYS, and A MAN CALLED SHENANDOAH.

Sadly, Nimoy's barely in that clip. If I'm not mistaken, he's the bad guy underneath the Z and O in the title card. And he's the bad guy thrown against the starboard bulkhead before the ship explodes.

Nimoy's best pre-Trek appearance for me has always been as the murderer in an episode of Perry Mason.

of course, we all know about Shatner and Malachi Throne in The Outer Limits episode Cold Hands, Warm Heart, both working on Project Vulcan...

And The Man from UNCLE episode with Shatner and Nimoy (in a smaller role), The Project Strigas Affair.
