I completed the commodities requirements for our outstanding special projects.

The special projects still need:

Dilithium mine needs Fleet Marks and Common Duty Officers.

Embassy needs Fleet Marks and Dilithium.

Spire needs Dilithium and Science/Medical Duty Officers

Scout - Do you need any Wrath of Khan uniforms for the fleet. I picked up a few codes from the STO Community managers.

This is not the Khan clothing offered by Arc. It's what the Enterprise crew was wearing in The Wrath of Khan.

Rocketeer: not sure. Personally, I claimed mine a couple years ago when a free code thing was going around. In general, if anyone would like one, speak up, sounds like there's a few available.

These are "Kostenlose Zorn des Khan Uniform" codes but I'm pretty sure they work on English accounts.

There was a STO German Community meetup, but we didn't attend. I just attended their talks at the convention as they were given in English. (I keep holding out for the universal translater...)

KDF industrial fabricator is now Tier 2! A little short on provisions though, so that needs to be built up a little.

Tier 1 dilithium mine is about 1300 fleet marks and a few commodities away. And then the upgrade of the trade or development track to tier 1, whichever one hasn't been done yet.

On the Fed side, DIL Mine T2 is almost there, just need a bit more marks and doffs. That should lower the price on the Embassy T2 project that's the next focus...

Been dumping in 200-300 marks and 1000-2000 Dl everyday... not much, but it's something.

Though at some point I have to start saving for myself I guess, to actually get fleet gear for Sozora. She is making do with mostly drops and mission rewards so far.

Though it's kinda fun not having impenetrable defenses and having to watch out for stray heavy torpedos and spreads.
The Intrepid really has a paper thin hull, everything getting through the shields really hurts.

Nevertheless I can shine in PUGS. I made second place in CE Elite yesterday. Not bad with a ship made from spare parts.

A guy in an STF the other day parsed my Intrepid for 4k DPS or so.

I took a look at the roster.

I promoted cadets that have been active lately and kicked cadets that haven't been active for more than 6 months.
If you are a kicked player and come back in the future just reapply for a new invite.

Just imagine, if you did that to the KDF side there might only be like 5 characters left.

I'm glad I added some resources to KDF projects then. I would hate to be a drain on the fleet.

Oh, I don't see that as being a drain.

I've actually been cruising along on the KDF projects recently. Doffs were problematic because my rosters were pretty much maxed out and I didn't have access to the common fleet engineering doffs yet. The only other thing that was difficult was the mine provisions. Sucked up a lot of fleet credits to fill 1100 of them. Dilithium will probably become an issue at some point as well.

In the past 2 days, I've dropped in about 1,200 fleet marks into the Dilithium tier 2 upgrade. There's only about 1,000 more marks to go to complete the requirements.

I logged in, took a look around, had no idea what is going on, 5 rep things for your guy now, i have not even started one, 4 things upgrading in the fleet thing, things to put duty offers in, stores up the wazzo, remember when this game was simple lol

Yep, been grinding this one myself. Almost there, hopefully can kick it off by the end of the weekend if we push a little. Then that will turn into the discount to help the embassy T2 project become a tad more affordable...

here is a thought:

There are a few fleets whose members have a really hard time generating fleet credits, while we have projects for them to spare.

If you stumble over some people looking to convert marks to credits, feel free to send them a fleet invite to dump their marks into our projects.
They might just be grateful to get rid of their marks and we make better progress.

Yep, been putting that call out in that NoP Public Service channel pretty much daily. Ran into someone an hour or two ago that just brought us up to almost full on the Embassy T2 project, dropped in about 3k fleet marks!

So just need a hundred more or so, and then we're just down to finishing the DIL requirement to launch that one. Mine upgrade finishes tomorrow, so the extra 5% discount or whatever should show up then and save us a little as well.

I just finished off the last of the fleet marks for Embassy II. We need about 330k Dil. I have been putting in between 50k and 75k Dil a day, so consider that and the discount we are due in about 20 hours, means it should kick off in the next few days.
